RN Practice Coordinator – Integrated Primary Care, Family Medicine, Medicine Specialties
RN Practice Coordinator (RNPC) will oversee and lead the clinical practice of clinical staff and nurses across multiple ambulatory clinics. The RNPC will provide clinical guidance, support and training ensuring best practices are upheld across assigned clinics.
This role involves managing initial and ongoing competency assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organization outcomes. Additionally, the RNPC will foster a collaborative environment, support professional development, and lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards.
Qualifications
- BSN Nursing, MSN preferred CA RN License
- BLS from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership (supervisory/management) RN experience
- Ambulatory family medicine, primary care or ambulatory specialties experience preferred
- Ability to creatively integrate competing demands of an outpatient setting into a productive working environment
- Skill and experience in developing Quality Improvement.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the Electronic Health Records, (EPIC) preferred.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours given adequate notice and in alignment with job demands.
- Ability to travel to multiple clinics
