Community Care Nurse (RN), Homeless Healthcare Collaborative
As a Community Care Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide both clinical and psychosocial care to individuals experiencing homelessness in community settings.
Qualifications
- Current, valid California RN license.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing (BSN or MSN).
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Current, valid California Driver’s License – Class C. Note: Position is subject to the California DMV’s “Pull Notice System” and continued employment is contingent upon proof of a satisfactory driving record.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to share responsibility in driving the Community Care Van to various locations within the Los Angeles area.
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and/or underserved populations – preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish – preferred.
