We are looking for an experienced director, with a track record of success overseeing Periop services. To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident, with excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups.

You will tackle tough conversations, and above all, be an educator at heart. Every interaction is an opportunity to share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient’s needs and quality of care.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of leadership experience required.

Required Licensure: 

• Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
